Cooking has been a big part of Earl’s life since growing up in his family’s restaurant in Germany and spending summers at his Aunties vineyard in Northern Italy. He continued to cook as he travelled, gaining experience in kitchens around the world and now brings these flavours to our kitchen.
Earl holds a strong belief that healthy food is an integral part of wellbeing and is so much more than just fuel for the body; that’s why he uses unprocessed ingredients, nutrient rich foods and above all seasonal produce.
Earl cooks with love, integrity and a respect for ingredients. His core belief is that food that is good for you should also be delicious, this is apparent when you come in and experience the delightful dishes at The Kitchen.
